Terms & Privacy Policy

This page explains what information the Atna referral program collects, how it is used, and the terms under which partners take part. It is written in plain language and covers the essentials of the program.

Information we collect

When you apply to the partner program, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number, and, optionally, your PAN or GST identifier and company name. This information is used to review your application and, if approved, to set up and administer your partner account.

After approval, to pay commissions we also collect bank or payout details — account holder name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, and/or UPI ID. You provide these only once your account is active.

How we use commission and payout data

We record the leads you register, the deals they generate, the commission calculated on each signed agreement, and the payouts made to you. This data is used to calculate what you are owed, to process payouts, and to give you and our team an accurate, auditable record of your activity in the program.

We retain application, commission, and payout records for as long as your partner account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

How your data is protected

Approved partners' bank account numbers are encrypted at rest. Where account numbers are displayed in the portal, they are shown masked (last four digits only). Access to partner and payout data is limited to the ATNA team members who administer the program.

Data queries & removal requests

To ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its removal, contact [email protected]. Some records must be retained to meet legal and financial obligations even after an account is closed.

Referral program terms

Commission is earned per the individual partner agreement signed between you and ATNA. Your specific commission percentage and terms are set in writing in that agreement before you register any leads.

ATNA reserves the right to reject any application, and to suspend or terminate a partner agreement, in accordance with the terms of the signed agreement.

Any dispute relating to leads, commissions, or payouts is handled per the terms of the signed partner agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with this summary.
