Nothing is owed, and nothing is lost. You only earn when your lead signs a contract, so a lead that stalls costs you nothing. Your registration keeps the account locked to you while it's active — so if the same organization comes back and signs later, the credit is still yours.

No. The first valid registration holds the account. While your registration is active, no other partner can claim the same organization — that's what locking a lead means. A registration for a company that's already held won't go through.

It's agreed in writing in your partner agreement before you register anything — a fixed percentage, banded by deal size, typically 10–20% of contract value. It doesn't move after the fact, and there's no hidden sliding scale. Any change would be a new agreement you actively accept, never something applied to deals you've already registered.

We collect only what the program needs — your contact and payout details, and the organizations you register. It isn't sold. Your leads' information is used to pursue and service the deal you introduced, handled under the same security and privacy standards banks and insurers rely on ATNA for.

Once your lead's contract is signed and ATNA receives the client's cleared payment, your commission is released within 30 days. Every payout carries a reference number and proof of transfer, logged to your account, so you can reconcile each one.

Every commission is tied to a specific contract value and your agreed percentage — both on record — and every payout shows its reference and proof, so the figure is auditable. If something looks wrong, raise it with your ATNA contact and we'll walk through the contract value, the rate, and the payment record behind it.

Either works. Apply as an Individual — an independent consultant or sales professional — or as an Agency. Company details are optional for individuals and required for agencies. PAN or GST is optional when you apply; we'll confirm what's needed for payouts once you're approved.
